Training Session led by Naitwa Naomi Kama

Naomi is coming to train our bakers from a bakery in Tanzania, opened by Sue Becker, an American baker.  The Potter Center bakery was established to make whole wheat bread for bible students and community members of the Christ Laborers’ Church in Tanzania.   Naomi is one of the lead bakers there on a staff of 10 employees.   Sue traveled to Tanzania to train the bakers, and now Naomi is gifting our refugee bakers with her knowledge of baking whole wheat bread.    The training will take place for the entire month of June, 2024.
